Zuerst wurde hier ein Park angelegt, dann folgte ein Teehaus und 1915 das Landhaus, wie es heute noch aussieht. Es hat mit seiner halbkreisförmigen Portikus und den vier großen ionischen Säulen etwas vom Weißen Haus in Washington, das im selben Stil erbaut wurde. Das Landhaus, die Remise und die Parkanlage stehen seit 1998 auf der Denkmalliste. Das gesamte Anwesen hat eine Fläche von über 200ha. Der Park in der unmittelbaren Umgebung des Hauses ist nicht zugänglich.
