Sint Pieter ist ein Dorf, das seit 1920 zur Gemeinde Maastricht gehört, in der niederländischen Provinz Limburg. Der Name bezieht sich auch auf die ehemalige Herrlichkeit Sint Pieter, die gleichnamige niederländische Gemeinde und das maastrichtische Viertel Sint Pieter. Der Name leitet sich von Sint-Petrus, dem Schutzpatron sowohl der Pfarrei Sint-Pieter oben als auch Sint-Pieter unten, ab.
Das Dorf Sint Pieter liegt am linken Ufer des Flusses Maas südlich von Maastricht. Es befindet sich auch am östlichen Hang des Sint-Pietersbergs. Der Kern des Dorfes lag in der Vergangenheit weiter nördlich. Das heutige Wohngebiet, das hier an die bebauten Gebiete von Maastricht grenzt, heißt offiziell Villapark, wird aber meist als Sint Pieter unten bezeichnet.
