Sint Pieter es una aldea que desde 1920 forma parte del municipio de Maastricht, en la provincia de Limburgo, Países Bajos. El nombre también se refiere a la antigua señoría de Sint Pieter, al municipio homónimo de los Países Bajos y al barrio de Sint Pieter en Maastricht. El nombre se deriva de San Pedro, el santo patrón tanto de la parroquia de Sint-Pieter arriba como de Sint-Pieter abajo.
La aldea de Sint Pieter se encuentra en la orilla izquierda del río Mosa, al sur de Maastricht. También se sitúa en la ladera este de la colina de Sint-Pietersberg. El núcleo del pueblo estaba en el pasado más al norte. El barrio de expansión que se encuentra aquí hoy en día, colindante con la zona urbanizada de Maastricht, se llama oficialmente Villapark, pero suele ser referido como Sint Pieter abajo.
