Sint Pieter è un villaggio che dal 1920 fa parte del comune di Maastricht, nella provincia olandese di Limburg. Il nome si riferisce anche all'ex signoria di Sint Pieter, al comune olandese omonimo e al quartiere di Maastricht Sint Pieter. Il nome deriva da San Pietro, il santo patrono sia della parrocchia di Sint-Pieter sopra che di Sint-Pieter sotto.
Il villaggio di Sint Pieter si trova sulla riva sinistra del fiume Meno a sud di Maastricht. Si trova anche sul versante orientale del Monte Sint Pieter. Il nucleo del villaggio si trovava in passato più a nord. Il quartiere di espansione che si trova qui oggi, che confina con il centro abitato di Maastricht, si chiama ufficialmente Villapark, ma viene solitamente indicato come Sint Pieter sotto.
