Die Jammerdaalse Heide ist ein Naturschutzgebiet im Südosten von Venlo. Es liegt südlich des Stadtteils Jammerdaal/Onderste und Bovenste Molen und gehört zum Gebiet Jammerdaal. Das Naturschutzgebiet wird eingeschlossen von dem Stadtteil, der Bahnlinie Maastricht - Venlo, der Bahnlinie Viersen - Venlo und der Autobahn A74, die in die Bundesautobahn 61 übergeht. Im Südwesten des Gebiets liegt der Ortsteil Ägypten.
