Fort Vuren ist ein Fort, das Teil der Neuen Holländischen Wasserlinie ist und sich in Vuren in der Gemeinde West Betuwe in der niederländischen Provinz Gelderland befindet. Das Fort wurde 1844 an der Waaldijk erbaut und diente zum Schutz von Gorinchem sowie um zu verhindern, dass der Feind nach Westen vorrückte. Von 1847 bis 1849 wurde oben auf dem Fort ein bombensicherer Turm errichtet. Es wurde ein Graben um den Turm gegraben, sodass dieser nur noch über eine Zugbrücke zu erreichen war. Von 1873 bis 1879 wurde der bombensichere Turm teilweise abgerissen, da er zu verletzbar war. Die oberste Etage wurde entfernt und es kam die Contrescarpgalerie hinzu. Das Turmfort, die Contrescarpgalerie und die Kaserne boten Unterkunft für maximal 420 Mann und 30 Geschütze.
