Die Sint-Bernarduskerk ist ein Kirchengebäude in Ubachsberg in der niederländischen Gemeinde Voerendaal in Südlimburg. Die Kirche liegt an der Hauptstraße durch das Dorf: der Kerkstraat, in Richtung Osten nach Huls und in Richtung Nordwesten nach Colmont/Voerendaal. Südlich der Kirche befindet sich der Bernardusplatz. Östlich und südlich der Kirche liegt der Friedhof.
