Unternehmer mit einer Niederlassung auf der Woonboulevard von Heerlen sehen Nachteile durch den Bahnhof. Sie erwarten, dass viele Reisende ihr Auto auf dem Parkplatz der Woonboulevard abstellen, um dann mit dem Zug in Richtung Maastricht zu fahren. Der Platz auf dem Parkplatz lässt nicht so viele Autos zu, so die Unternehmer.
