Die Sint-Matthiaskirche ist ein Kirchengebäude in Posterholt in der Gemeinde Roerdalen in der niederländischen Provinz Limburg. Die Kirche steht an der Kreuzung der Hoofdstraat mit der Vurensteeg. Auf der Nordwestseite der Kirche befindet sich ein Platz mit einer Statue von Christus König und neben dem Platz das Pfarrhaus. Der Friedhof liegt etwa 650 Meter östlich der Kirche, mit dort die Grabkapelle Geradts-Regout.
