Die Hoop ist ein Windmühle in Horn. Die sechzehnseitige Mühle wurde 1817 erbaut, kurz nach der Abschaffung der Mühlenpflicht, in der französischen Zeit. Dies geschah gegen den Willen des lokalen Adels, der weiterhin über Mühlenrechte zu verfügen glaubte.
Bei dem Rückzug der deutschen Truppen am Ende des Zweiten Weltkriegs wurden Sprengladungen in der Mühle angebracht, aber die Deutschen wurden von Granatfeuer überrascht und konnten ihre Aufgabe nicht vollenden. Dadurch hat die Mühle als eine der wenigen Mühlen in Limburg den Krieg ohne schwere Schäden überstanden.
