Die Unterste Mühle (Venloos: Underste Meule) und die Obenste Mühle (Venloos: Bäöveste Meule) sind die beiden bewohnten Gebiete des Jammerdaal in der niederländischen Stadt Venlo. Beide Gebiete stehen im Zeichen der Freizeit; Die Unterste Mühle ist ein Campingplatz und die Obenste Mühle ist ein Hotel. Der Stadtteil ist außerdem durch Villen aus den 30er Jahren gekennzeichnet. Das Gebiet wird von den Bahnlinien nach Deutschland und Roermond umschlossen.
