Zwarte Cross ist das größte kostenpflichtige Musikfestival der Niederlande und das größte Motocross-Rennen der Welt. Bei der 21. Ausgabe des dreitägigen Festivals im Jahr 2017 kamen 220.000 Besucher. Die Organisation liegt indirekt in den Händen der Rockband Jovink und der Voederbietels. Das Festival findet auf einem Gelände von 160 Hektar in der Gemeinde Oost Gelre, direkt an Lichtenvoorde, statt, gehört aber hauptsächlich zu Lievelde und teilweise zu Vragender. Es gibt 33 Bühnen, auf denen etwa 250 Bands und 1000 Theaterkünstler auftreten.
