Ter Apel Rijksgrens ist ein von der STAR gebauter Bahnhof an der Strecke Stadskanaal - Ter Apel National Border Railway. Dieser Bahnhof wurde in der Nähe der deutschen Grenze gebaut. Die Strecke wurde 1924 eröffnet, aber aufgrund des geringen Wirkungsgrads wurde der Abschnitt nach 2 Jahren im Jahr 1926 als eine der kürzesten Eisenbahnstrecken in den Niederlanden wieder geschlossen.
