Das Börsen- und Waaggebäude ist ein Gebäude aus dem Jahr 1880 in der Friesenhauptstadt Leeuwarden, in dem eine Börse und eine Waage untergebracht waren.
Das neoklassizistische Gebäude an der Wirdumerdijk ist ein Entwurf des Architekten Thomas Adrianus Romein. Von ihm stammen auch andere neoklassizistische Gebäude, wie das Palais der Justiz und die Terbantster Kirche in Terband. Der untere Teil, die Waage, übernahm die Waagfunktion von der Waage am Waagplatz aus dem Jahr 1590.
