Der Speulderbos ist ein Naturgebiet, das nordwestlich von Garderen liegt. Es ist einer der ältesten Wälder der Niederlande und liegt zentral in der Veluwe. Das Gebiet entstand während einer Eiszeit, was unter anderem an den Hügelkuppen zu erkennen ist. Im Wald gibt es viele krumme Bäume, da diese weniger geeignet waren, um Boote zu bauen, wodurch sie verschont blieben. Das Tierleben ist sehr vielfältig; so gibt es zum Beispiel Edelhirsche, Wildschweine, Dachse und Glattnattern.
