Forum Hadriani, auch Municipium Aelium Cananefatium , ist der Name einer ehemaligen römischen Stadt auf dem Gebiet des Ortsteils Voorburg der heutigen Gemeinde Leidschendam-Voorburg in der niederländischen Provinz Zuid-Holland. In der antiken Zeit gehörte sie zum niedergermanischen Heeresbezirk und später zu der daraus hervorgehenden Provinz Germania inferior und gilt als Bestandteil des Niedergermanischen Limes. Im Laufe ihrer Entwicklung wurde sie zum Municipium erhoben und entwickelte sich zur Hauptstadt einer Civitas. Darüber hinaus war sie nach jüngeren Forschungsergebnissen eine bedeutende Hafenstadt mit möglicherweise militärischer Funktion.
