Das Rathaus von Dordrecht ist ein 1383 von flämischen Kaufleuten erbautes Rathaus in der Stadt Dordrecht, in der niederländischen Provinz Südholland. Die flämischen Kaufleute nutzten das Gebäude ursprünglich als Markthalle für den Handel mit leinenen Stoffen. Zu dieser Zeit hatte das Gebäude noch ein gotisches Aussehen. 1837 wurde es größtenteils abgerissen und durch klassizistische Neubauten ersetzt. Überreste des gotischen Gebäudes sind noch immer an der Rückseite des Rathauses und im gewölbten Keller sichtbar.
