Die Kirche Unserer Lieben Frau von Immerwährender Hilfe am Monsignore Nolensplatz wurde 1952 erbaut.
Wie das gesamte Viertel Heuvelkwartier ist die Kirche im Stil der Delft School gebaut.
Besonders auf den katholischen Kirchenbau hatte die Delft School großen Einfluss. Kennzeichnend für die Delft School sind die nahezu ausschließliche Verwendung von Backstein, breite Fensterrahmen und Erker (häufig in hellen Farben), hohe Traufenlinien, grüne Hecken, die hohen, mit Ziegeln gedeckten Dächer zwischen Giebelwänden und die Verwendung von Naturstein an konstruktiv wichtigen Stellen.
Die Kirche trägt den Beinamen: 'Das Ledikant'.
Die Kirche wurde seit September 2008 außer Betrieb genommen.
Die ehemalige Kirche ist das Zentrum des Viertels geblieben, nun jedoch als Gemeindehaus De Vlieren.
