Die Heilig-Herz-Jesu-Kirche ist ein römisch-katholisches Kirchengebäude, das dem Heiligen Herzen Jesu im Dorf Rothem in der niederländischen Gemeinde Meerssen in Süd-Limburg gewidmet ist. Das 1929 von dem Architekten Jos Wielders errichtete Gebäude ist seit 1997 ein nationales Denkmal.
Die Kirche befindet sich an einem Platz und bildet ein Ensemble mit im hinteren Bereich der ehemaligen Pfarrei und links daneben der ehemaligen Kaplanei. Sie liegt in der Sichtachse der Kerkweg. Das 1928-'29 im expressionistischen Stil von dem sittardischen Architekten Jos Wielders errichtete Gebäude besteht aus gelben und roten Ziegelsteinen und setzt sich aus einem Kirchturm, einem Schiff mit schmalen niedrigen Seitenschiffen, einem schmalen höheren Chor und einer niedrigen Apsis zusammen.
Rechts neben der Kirche liegt ein Friedhof.
