Die Ur ist ein Bach in der niederländischen Provinz Limburg, der von Stein bis zur Maas bei Urmond fließt.
Der Bach entspringt an der Missionsstation am Driekoulenweg in Elsloo, aus mehreren Quellen, die Zonput und Ceciliaput genannt werden. Auf Höhe des Schlosses Stein, in der Nähe der A76, fließt die Ur aus dem Südlimburgischen Hügelland ins Maas-Tal und verläuft dann entlang des Julianakanals. Dabei fließt sie hauptsächlich durch landwirtschaftliche Flächen. Der Bach wird mit einem offenen Rohrauslass unter diesem Kanal hindurchgeleitet und mündet schließlich bei Urmond am rechten Ufer in die Maas, bei Maaskilometer 37,2. Es handelt sich um eine sogenannte Kiesplattenmündung. An der Mündung liegen einige Staustufen und eine Betonbrücke.
