In den Kriegsgräbern des Commonwealth haben die gefallenen Besatzungsmitglieder des englischen Halifax Bombers, der am 22. Januar 1944 an der Kribbenbrücke abstürzte, eine letzte Ruhestätte gefunden. (Siehe auch Punkt 27). Wir nennen ihre Namen mit Respekt: Sgt. S. (Ernie) Henman, 24 Jahre alt. Sgt. C.G. (Conrad) Johnston, 26 Jahre alt. Sgt. J.F. (Jack) Morgan, 26 Jahre alt. Sgt. J.K. (Jack) Thompson, 20 Jahre alt. Sgt. L. (Len) Wykes, 22 Jahre alt.
