Die Ottersluis ist eine Schleuse mit Schwenktoren zwischen der Neuen Merwede bei Kilometer 970,4 und dem Otterkanal. Die Schleuse liegt in der Gemeinde Dordrecht in der niederländischen Provinz Südholland. Die Wasserstraße hat die CEMT-Klasse 0.
Die Schleusenkammer ist 39 m lang und 7 m breit. Die Kammer ist viel breiter, aber die Breite wird durch das Sperrwerk eingeschränkt. Über der Kammer neben den Außentoren befindet sich eine Fußgängerbrücke. Höhe im geschlossenen Zustand NAP +2,70 m. Die geringste Tauchentiefe beträgt auf beiden Seiten NAP -2,20 m. Bei einem Tidenhub von mehr als 2 Metern wird nicht geschleust.
