Die Regt ist eine Windmühle in Nieuw-Lekkerland, in der niederländischen Gemeinde Molenlanden. Es ist eine Kornmühle, die vor 1808 erbaut wurde und bis Anfang der 50er Jahre mit Windkraft mahlte. 1968 wurde die Mühle abgebaut. Der Name stammt von der Familie De Regt, die über Generationen hinweg Eigentümer war. Da die Mühle teilweise im Lekdijk gebaut ist, ist sie sowohl ein Erdholländer als auch eine Galerie-Mühle: die Galerie befindet sich auf derselben Höhe wie der Deich und geht darin über. In der Basis der Mühle sind noch Mauern der Vorgängermühle vorhanden, die eine Wippenmühle war.
