Diese Kapelle wurde in der ersten Hälfte des 16. Jahrhunderts erbaut und ist
im gotischen Stil ausgeführt.
Sie hat innere Maße von etwa vier mal acht Metern und ist mit einem Reetdach gedeckt.
Nach Jahrhunderten des Leerstands und der Vernachlässigung wurde das Gebäude 1918 von der Vereinigung Hendrick de Keyser (mit Sitz in Amsterdam) gekauft und dadurch vor dem Abriss gerettet.
Nach einer umfassenden Restaurierung in den Jahren 1955-1957 wurde die Kapelle am 15. Mai 1960 neu geweiht, diesmal an Dymphna. Dymphna ist die Schutzpatronin der Geisteskranken und der Epilepsie.
