Etwas weiter liegt der Kreidefelsen von Heimans.
Das ist ein geologisches Denkmal, das am besten in den Wintermonaten sichtbar ist. Der ehemalige Mergelsteinbruch ist mittlerweile eingezäunt und somit nicht betretbar. Hier kommen Reste der Belemniten an die Oberfläche. Dies ist ein weicher, feinkörniger Kalkstein, der hier vor etwa 73 bis 69 Millionen Jahren auf dem Meeresboden abgelagert wurde.
Eli Heimans, beschrieb dies erstmals 1911, woher das geologische Denkmal auch seinen Namen hat.
Die Kalksteinwand des Steinbruchs hat eine Höhe von etwa 25 Metern.
