Die Strook ist ein Freizeitbereich entlang der Südseite der Loosdrechtse Plassen bei Breukeleveen in der niederländischen Gemeinde Wijdemeren.
Die Strook liegt direkt nördlich der Bethunepolder und an der Südseite des Fünften Loosdrechtse Plas. Das Gebiet von 6 ha besteht aus einem verbreiterten Schorfwall. Vom Land aus ist es über die Nieuweweg in Maarssen und aus dem Osten über Tienhoven erreichbar. Das Gelände ist auf der Seite des Plas offen und wird auf der Landseite durch einen Mittelwald begrenzt. Das Gelände ist tagsüber frei zugänglich.
