Das Rathaus von Zierikzee, in der niederländischen Provinz Zeeland, wurde im 16. Jahrhundert erbaut und trägt einen achteckigen Turm mit einer Krönung. Das Gebäude wird vom Stadtmuseum Zierikzee genutzt.
Der Bau des Rathauses begann im Jahr 1550 und dauerte bis 1554. In dieser Zeit wurden auch die Glocken für das Rathausgeläut der Stadt gegossen.
