Die Gender ist ein Bach von etwa fünfzehn Kilometer Länge in der niederländischen Provinz Nordbrabant. Sie entspringt in den sumpfigen Wiesen nahe Steensel und fließt in nordöstlicher Richtung an Veldhoven und Meerveldhoven nach Eindhoven. In Veldhoven mündet der Poelenloop oder Rijt von Westen in die Gender. Nach Veldhoven vereint sich auch die Rundgraaf mit der Gender. Dieser Bach beginnt bei Oerle und verläuft entlang der nördlichen Stadtteile von Veldhoven.
