Der Bahnhof Utrecht Overvecht ist ein Vorortbahnhof an der Grenze der Utrechter Stadtteile Overvecht und Tuindorp. Der Bahnhof wurde am 26. Mai 1968 eröffnet, an der damals noch einspurigen Bahnlinie Utrecht - Zwolle. Das ursprüngliche Bahnhofsgebäude war vom Typ Sextant.
Im Jahr 1992 war die Verdopplung der Gleise am Bahnhof Overvecht abgeschlossen, wodurch der Bahnhof vollständig erneuert wurde, mit einem neuen Inselbahnsteig. Es gibt jetzt tatsächlich zwei Gleislängen nebeneinander: für Sprinter und separat für Intercitys.
