Die Heilige Luciakirche ist die einzige Kirche in Mierlo und die Pfarrkirche der Heiligen Luciagemeinde, einer Gemeinde, die aus dem Dorf Mierlo besteht. Die Kirche ist Lucia von Syrakus geweiht. Seit dem 1. Januar 2015 ist die Gemeinde in die Gemeinde Heiliger Nicasius aufgegangen. Dies ist eine Gemeinde, die die alten Gemeinden aus Geldrop, Heeze, Leende, Mierlo und Sterksel umfasst.
