Fort H ist ein Teil der Festung Muiden und wurde zwischen 1873 und 1877 erbaut. Es war von einem Graben umgeben und hatte das Ziel, Waffen und Munition zu lagern. Es gehört zur Linie von Amsterdam. 1962 wurde neben dem Fort die Vechtbrücke an der A1 gebaut. Dabei wurde ein Teil des Grabens aufgefüllt.
