Die Unser-Erlöser von Immerwährender Hilfe Kirche war eine römisch-katholische Kirche an der Onze Lieve Vrouwestraat im Stadtteil Woensel in Eindhoven.
Die Kirche wurde in der Zeit von 1930 bis 1931 erbaut und der Unser-Erlöser von Immerwährender Hilfe geweiht. 1972 wurde sie von ihrem Gottesdienst entzogen und kurz darauf zu einem Kinder-Spielpalast umgebaut. In der Mitte der 1990er Jahre wurde der Standort von den Fontys Hogescholen aufgekauft, wonach das ehemalige Kirchengebäude und das dazugehörige Pfarrhaus abgerissen wurden.
