Die Kuiperspoort ist eine Straße in Middelburg in der Provinz Zeeland. Der Name verweist auf die Kuipersgilde, die hier im 17. Jahrhundert ansässig war.
Die enge Straße ist mit Pflastersteinen bedeckt und hat einen Ausgang zur Dam und auf der anderen Seite ein Tor, das zur Rouaansekaai führt. Das Torhaus stammt aus dem Jahr 1586 und wurde 1642 von der Kuipersgilde gekauft. Die meisten Gebäude, einschließlich der Lagerhäuser, die aus der Zeit der VOC stammen, wurden in den 1970er Jahren restauriert, wobei die Fassaden erhalten blieben.
