Die Sint-Anna-Kapelle ist die Kapelle der ehemaligen Siedlung und des heutigen Stadtteils Heusdenhout in Breda. Sie befindet sich an der Heusdenhoutseweg 34. Die Kapelle ist der heiligen Anna geweiht.
Diese Kapelle wurde um 1518 für die Bewohner der unmittelbaren Umgebung gegründet, für die der Kirchgang nach Breda zu beschwerlich war. Sie wurde während des Achtzigjährigen Krieges schwer beschädigt. Das Reetdach wurde 1581 durch ein Schieferdach ersetzt, nachdem es während der Furie von Houtepen beschädigt worden war. Im Jahr 1595 wurde die Kapelle erneut restauriert.
