Neben dem Fort Werk aan het Spoel steht ein Kugelfang im Wiesenbereich. Diese Wand besteht aus Ziegelsteinen und wurde um 1880 erbaut. Während des Ersten Weltkriegs und vor dem Zweiten Weltkrieg war dieses Fort in Gebrauch. Soldaten konnten auf einem Schießstand neben dem Fort Schießen lernen. Am Ende des Schießstands, der jetzt verschwunden ist, steht ein Kugelfang, um die Kugeln aufzufangen, die das Ziel verfehlt haben. Der Kugelfang ist umweltfreundlich, da verschossene Kugeln aufgefangen und wiederverwendet werden können, wodurch die Bleibelastung des Bodens reduziert werden kann.
