Die Lourdeskapelle in Scheveningen ist Teil des im Denkmalregister eingetragenen städtebaulichen Ensembles, das als 'das Kirchendorf' bezeichnet wird. Die Kapelle stammt aus dem Jahr 1913 und befindet sich an der Berkenbosch Blokstraat. Die Lourdeskapelle mit der Lourdesgrotte steht vor der 2005 geschlossenen O.L. Frau von Lourdeskirche. Der Kapellenbereich hinter dem Altar beherbergt eine treue Kopie im Maßstab 1:13 der Grotte von Lourdes in Südfrankreich, in der Maria, die Mutter von Jesus, 1858 Bernadette Soubirous erschienen sein soll. Die Grotte mit der Marienstatue wurde von dem Künstler Leo Stracké entworfen. Die Andachtkapelle ist ein Zentrum der Marienverehrung und eine Sehenswürdigkeit. Sie wird täglich von zahlreichen Menschen besucht.
