Der Tierpark Wassenaar ist ein ehemaliger Zoo, gelegen an der Rijksweg N44, der 1985 aufgrund von Geldmangel geschlossen wurde.
Der Zoo wurde 1937 von dem wohlhabenden Auto-Importeur Piet Louwman gegründet und von Jan Louwman weitergeführt. Piet Louwman hatte in seinem Wohnhaus in Wassenaar bereits eine Sammlung tropischer Vögel. Die Population des Parks bestand in den Anfangsjahren vor allem aus Vögeln, Elefanten und Tigern, wurde aber schnell um eine große Sammlung von Menschenaffen, darunter Schimpansen und Orang-Utans, erweitert. Der Tierpark konnte auch Tiere vom Haager Zoo übernehmen, der 1943 geschlossen wurde.
