Herrenhaus 'De Heuvel' im Park in Rotterdam war das Hauptgebäude des ehemaligen Landsitzes 'De Heuvel'. Das Gebäude ist ein Rijksmonument und Teil des geschützten Stadtbildes Scheepvaartkwartier.
Das Haus wurde um 1750 als einstöckiges Gebäude mit Mezzanin, einstöckigen Seitenflügeln und einem rahmenden Eingang im Empire-Stil erbaut. Es diente als Wohnhaus für eine Reihe bekannter Rotterdamer Familien: von 1799 bis 1819 war J.J. Elsevier Eigentümer, und ab 1866 der Holzändler und Sammler Abraham van Stolk Corneliszoon. Ursprünglich lag es an einem Sommerdeich mit der Vorderseite zur Westzeedijk ausgerichtet. Um 1855 wurde die Situation geändert und die Vorderseite wurde auf die Seite der Neuen Maas verlegt. 1875 wurde das Gebäude mit dem Landsitz von der Stadt Rotterdam erworben. Im Jahr 1900 wurde das Gelände des Landsitzes dem Park hinzugefügt.
