Oud-Amelisweerd ist eine Herrenhaus und Ritterhofstadt bei Bunnik in der niederländischen Provinz Utrecht. Es bildet zusammen mit dem Pferdestall und dem Garten das Ensemble Historische Buitenplaats Oud-Amelisweerd. Zusammen mit Nieuw-Amelisweerd bildet es die Landsitze Amelisweerd. Im 13. Jahrhundert wurde Ritter Amelis von der Probstschaft von Oudmunster mit einem Gut bei Bunnik belehnt. Im Lateinischen wurde er Amelis de Insula genannt, was Amelis aus der Weerd bedeutet. 1227 wird er unter den Ministerialen des Bischofs Otto von Lippe von Utrecht erwähnt.
