Die Epenerbahn ist ein langer Weg durch den hochgelegenen Vijlener Wald. Von Epen aus steigst du über den bekannten Anstieg die Camerig zur Epenerbahn auf. Von Vaals wählst du den Eschberg. In der Roten Schleife von Hago Limburgs Mooiste 2020 gilt diese letzte Option. Mit einer kleinen Überraschung: Die lange Kurve zu Beginn des Anstiegs wird durch ein sehr steiles Stück verkürzt, das am Restaurant Lodge 7 vorbeiführt. Eine kurze Prüfung von 18%. Die etwas schwächeren Fahrer wählen die großzügige Kurve, die nicht weiter als 6% geht.
