Ein Wirrwarr von Wanderwegen schlängelt sich durch den steilen Hangwald von De Dellen. Am Rande des Waldes wirfst du einen Blick in den beeindruckenden Curfsgroeve, ein alter Mergelbruch, der der Natur zurückgegeben wurde. Der Wald selbst ist recht offen, und Teile haben im Frühling einen lieblichen Blumenteppich.
Fürchte dich nicht, wenn du Auge in Auge mit einem der Galloway-Rinder stehst, die hier das ganze Jahr über grasen (halte 25 Meter Abstand). Seltene Tiere, die hier vorkommen, sind der Kurzschnabelbaumläufer, der Steinmarder und die Haselmaus.
