Die Große Wetering (auch Groote Wetering oder Barrière Wetering genannt) ist ein hauptsächlich gegrabener Wasserlauf in der niederländischen Provinz Nordbrabant, dessen Oberlauf von dem gleichnamigen Bach gebildet wird, der östlich von Nistelrode im Naturpark Maashorst seine Quelle hat.
Der Lauf fließt fast vollständig in westlicher Richtung und nimmt noch den Kleinwijkse Loop, den Graanloop und den Venloop auf und mündet über die Zandvang östlich von 's-Hertogenbosch in die Aa. Der westlichste Teil ist ebenfalls ein ausgegrabener Bachlauf. Die Länge des Wasserlaufs beträgt etwa 12 km.
Der Wasserlauf wurde vermutlich im 13. Jahrhundert von Mönchen aus Vinkel gegraben, die zur Ordnung der Wilhelmieten gehörten und Verbindungen zum Kloster Baseldonk in 's-Hertogenbosch hatten. Daher wurde die Große Wetering früher Monniksgraeve genannt.
