Die reformierte Kirche ist eine dreischiffige Hallenkirche aus dem 15. Jahrhundert in der Drenther Gemeinde Sleen, gelegen an der Brink 7. Der Turm der Kirche ist der höchste in Drenthe. Kirche und Turm sind als Rijksmonument ausgewiesen. Die heutige Kirche ist wahrscheinlich die dritte Kirche an derselben Stelle. Die älteste Kirche war wahrscheinlich ein Holzbau, der um 1100 durch eine steinerne Saalkirche ersetzt wurde. Der dreiseitig geschlossene Chor, der älteste Teil der heutigen Kirche, wurde wahrscheinlich an diese Saalkirche angebaut. Das Schiff wurde zwischen 1350 und 1450 erbaut. Die dreischiffige Hallenkirche, die damals entstand, ist die einzige aus dieser Zeit in Drenthe und zeugt von der Position Sleens als Hauptort des Dingspils Zuidenveld. Der Chor wurde um 1500 erhöht.
