Drijber ist ein Dorf in der Gemeinde Midden-Drenthe, in der niederländischen Provinz Drenthe. Es liegt südöstlich von Wijster. Direkt westlich von Drijber befindet sich der VAM-Berg, ein künstlicher Hügel, der den höchsten Punkt von Drenthe bildet.
An der Stelle des Dorfes gab es bereits um das Jahr 300 Anzeichen von Besiedlung, aber das spätere Dorf entstand erst im Mittelalter. Das Dorf wurde 1217 als Triburd erwähnt, 1348 als Drybort, 1449 als Driberte und 1530 als Dryberde.
