Die Junge Held ist die Poldermühle des gleichnamigen ehemaligen Wasserverbands Die Junge Held an der Friesestraatweg 436 nordwestlich der niederländischen Stadt Groningen. Die Mühle ist Teil des Weilers Slaperstil, der zu Leegkerk in der Gemeinde Groningen gehört. Die Mühle bildet zusammen mit dem angrenzenden Müllerhaus ein charakteristisches Bild, wenn man von der Seite Aduard in Richtung der Stadt Groningen fährt. Die Mühle war viele Jahre im Besitz der Mühlenstiftung Westerkwartier, der aktuelle Eigentümer ist die Stiftung Die Groninger Poldermühlen.
