Duurswoude ist ein ehemaliges Dorf in der Gemeinde Opsterland, in der Provinz Friesland. Im Jahr 1974 wurde Duurswoude mit dem etwas westlich gelegenen Dorf Wijnjeterp zusammengelegt. Das Zwillingsdorf ist seitdem unter dem Portemanteau-Namen Wijnjewoude bekannt.
Das Dorf Duurswoude war ein Straßendorf, das bereits 1250 eine Kirche hatte, an derselben Stelle wurde im 15. Jahrhundert eine neue Kirche gebaut. Im Jahr 1505 wurde Duurswold als Bakkeffeen alias Dyoertswolt erwähnt, 1543 als Duyrswold, 1573 als Duersswolde und 1664 als Duyrswolde.
