Berghof ist ein Weiler westlich von Wijlre in der Gemeinde Gulpen-Wittem in der niederländischen Provinz Limburg. Der Weiler liegt auf dem Plateau von Margraten hinter dem Keutenberg und ist von Wijlre aus über den steilen Doodemansweg erreichbar. Unterhalb des Hanges liegt Stokhem. Im Südosten von Berghof schneidet das Trockental Abelschegrub in das Plateau und im Nordosten die Gronzedelle.
