Batavia ist ein Viertel in den Stadtteilen Biezen und Hafen- und Industriegebiet in Nijmegen. Das Viertel liegt am Fluss Waal in den Stadtteilen Nijmegen-Oud-West und Nijmegen-Nieuw-West.
Das Viertel wurde in zwei Phasen zwischen 2015 und 2018 im Bereich zwischen dem alten Honigkomplex, der Stadtbrücke de Oversteek, der Weurtseweg und der Waal gebaut. Zwischen 1913 und 2015 war es ein Industriegebiet. Im Viertel entstehen insgesamt 500 Kauf- und Mietwohnungen. Das Viertel Batavia wird aus drei Teilen bestehen, nämlich: Batavia Nord mit Mietwohnungen, Batavia Süd mit Eigentumswohnungen und Fort Krayenhoff. Die Wohnungen in Batavia Süd wurden in einem Stil erbaut, der dem der Wohnhäuser aus dem 19. Jahrhundert in Nijmegen-Oost und Bottendaal ähnelt. Das Viertel sollte ursprünglich den Namen Koningsdaal tragen.
