Mierlo ist eine Stadt in der Gemeinde Geldrop-Mierlo, in der niederländischen Provinz Noord-Brabant. Im Jahr 2021 zählte die Stadt 11.105 Einwohner. Bis zum 1. Januar 2004 war Mierlo eine eigenständige Gemeinde. Die Gemeinde Mierlo gab 1968 Mierlo-Hout und 1995 Brandevoort an Helmond ab. Im Jahr 2004 fusionierte Mierlo mit Geldrop zur Gemeinde Geldrop-Mierlo. Der Kern Mierlo ist mit etwa 10.000 Einwohnern der kleinste Kern der Fusionsgemeinde.
