Soerendonk und Sterksel war eine Gemeinde in der Provinz Noord-Brabant. Die Gemeinde wurde während der kommunalen Neugliederung im Jahr 1821 mit Gastel zusammengelegt. Damit bildete sie bis 1925 die fusionierte Gemeinde Soerendonk, Sterksel und Gastel.
Soerendonk und Sterksel bestanden aus den beiden Enklaven. In der einen Enklave lag die Hauptsiedlung Soerendonk und in der anderen der Ort Sterksel. Durch die beiden Enklaven verlief die damalige Gemeinde Maarheeze. Die Gemeinde Soerendonk und Sterksel lag nicht weit von der belgischen Grenze entfernt.
